Cam’s ideal mix and match 16 pack from the new shipment
We just got a huge new shipment of awesome craft brews. Fresh Aussie and international beers that make our hearts and our taste buds sing. You can put together your own selection of 8 for 15% off or 16 for 30% off. It’s like the best pick ‘n’ mix you ever saw. I’ve spend a long time contemplating what’s on offer and have come up with my dream 16 pack from the new delivery. Here it is folks.
3 x Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 5.6%
From one of American’s original craft brewers comes one of the best pale ales around – a true classic of the style that just keeps on delivering. Pours golden amber with a big fluffy head and stacks of pine in the aroma. The caramel malt sweetness is perfectly balanced by a generous hop bitterness some peppery, woody spice. No wonder this is a favourite for so many drinkers. Bloody good brew. Add it to your selection here.
2 x Pirate Life IPA 5.4%
This is my session IPA choice for when I need to stay a bit sensible and get a decent dinner on for the kids while still enjoying a good hit of IPA grunt. I love the fresh, bright, fruity character of this one and it’s a good stepping stone to…..
2 x Pirate Life IIPA 8.8%
Yep, this is definitely for when the kids have gone to bed. Or preferably for when someone else is in charge of the kids altogether. The IPA is an excellent warm up to this Imperial hop bomb which is packed with big citrus and tropical aromas and flavours. A firm but subtle malt backbone keeps it all in check – just. 500ml of hop heaven. Get yours here.
3 x 4 Pines Hefeweizen 5.2%
After all that hop magic I’m going to dial it back a bit with this German-style wheat beer from 4 Pines. The Hefeweizen is one of my favourite styles for creamy mouthfeel, banana and clove flavours, and its restrained, dry bitterness. When I’m all IPA’d out, this is what I turn to. Get some in your selection here.
3 x Brooklyn Brewery Brown Ale 5.6%
I love this creamy, nutty brown ale sensation from Brooklyn Brewery. A caramel and toffee malt backbone gives the perfect structure to some pretty robust hops, given the style. Definitely a winter warmer, I’m having this with a Sunday roast. I can recommend it. Pick some up here.
3 x Moutain Goat Summer Ale 4.7%
My final addition to my dream 16 pack is Mountain Goat’s summer ale in anticipation of warmer months coming. Montueka and Nelson Sauvin hops give it a delicious bouquet of melon, passionfruit and white grape aromas and a crisp, slightly sweet taste with a lingering bitter finish. If you’re dreaming of getting out of your Ugg boots and into your boardies, this is a good place to start.
